In de rustige taal van edelstenen spreekt amethist met een bijzondere diepte: een violette tint die zowel helderheid als mysterie met zich meebrengt. Deze ring geeft de steen een weloverwogen setting, waarbij een amethist van 5 mm omlijst wordt met de zachte warmte van 14-karaats geelgoud. Het vakmanschap komt tot uiting in de precieze milgrain-details langs de rand, een textuurcontrast dat het licht opvangt zonder dat het zichtbaar wordt.

De centrale steen wordt geaccentueerd door pavégezette diamanten, in totaal 0,07 karaat. Hun aanwezigheid is meer een subtiel gefluister dan een verklaring. De band, met zijn substantiële maar toch verfijnde gevoel, brengt het stuk met een opzettelijk gewicht in evenwicht.
